[All] The West Side lands issue: Current

Hi folks
 
In regards to the West Side Lands, I've submitted an Op-Ed that is currently being reviewed by KW record staff for publication. This process was recommended to me by several agencies and the contents are supported with many email correspondences featuring direct quotes. It's a one page summery of what took place. 
 
Currently is no plausable deniability on the part of anyone in regards to how this matter was handled. The City, GRCA, Regional Staff, MNR, Ministry of Enviornment and Department of Fisheries were fully aware of the matter early on and each department failed to intervene. CELA, Ecojustice and Council of Canadians, the ministries and municipalities, MP's and MPP's all have this too. 
 
The evidence is pretty blatent. All the land augmentations on site currently is a violation of the OMB ruling and the Federal Fisheries Act. I am legally in the position to charge the city and GRCA with contempt of court. It's as simple as that. To see a photo of what was done see the attachments. They were required to do the creek study before any of this took place.
