Thanks Susans. It is looking really good.

There is one sentence that needs to be modified to make it clearer:
³Identifying ³an activity that reduces the recharge of an aquifer² is not
unique to the Townships of Amaranth and East Garafraxa (6-3).² I think this
sentence is no longer clear to the reader. The point was that the report
says that problems related to water getting into the recharge aquifers
occurs for only the two named municipalities.   I don¹t think that sentence
clearly says that now.

Other than that I just saw a spelling mistake and a bit of formatting to
avoid the letterhead.
