fixed a few sp. and punc. Otherwise, I think it's ready to go. Can you put
in John's signature, append the GREN 2010 comments, and adjust the
letterhead? If not, I can.

Hi everyone,

 

I've just taken Susan B's distillation and tried to tighten it up a bit
more. I aim to be really spare with words with these kinds of documents,
because I figure they have a better chance of being read. Lots of white
space helps too. So hopefully nothing important has got dropped in my
pruning. 

 

I think I can do some work on it Monday, but won't have much time Tuesday.
