[GREN-Exec] draft meet and greet election evening

The e-mails should not be set up to go to the gren people who are  
candidates. The responses to this letter to all candidates should go  
to a non-candidate. Otherwise it is seen as blatant favouritism which  
makes our meeting seem insincere.
