[All] Letter sent to Wilmot township etc.

Hello everyone 
In the attachment is an 8 page letter I sent to Wilmot Township, Waterloo Region, CBC,  MPP Catherine Fife and Bardish Chagger. I have supporting documents too but the PDF gives a good overview and I will provide the references regarding the concerns of Emil Frind which I used during the West Side Lands OMB process because it  relates to the risks of land development in Wilmot as well.
I have a hard copy for GREN with the supporting docs printed up as well.
