David  Hughes is a scientist with degrees in geology who has spent more than four decades in the energy industry in Calgary, including 32 years with the Geological Survey of Canada.
He wrote a report criticizing TMX  (the Trans Mountain Pipeline) questioning the need of this system and financing and he called for re-evaluation of this project. In response, Premier Kenney's war room, attacked the findings and now Mr. Hughes is coming forward to blow the whistle. I completely agree with Mr Hughes findings. As a former participant in many NEB hearings and by pay of personal correspondences I can reasonably prove many issues of corruption, collusion, nepotism, tax evasion, bid rigging and Insurance fraud regarding these pipelines along with violation of Treaty Rights and International law. This has to stop. 
I demand that Canada cancel the TXM and Keystone XL. Cancel all the Harper approved pipeline projects including Line 3, Line 10, Line 5 and Line 9  because they were all based on fraud. I can reasonably prove thar the Canadian government has no plausible deniability when it comes to these concerns. I have exhausted all protocols in Canada trying to report it.
The sale of Enbridge Line 10 to BC based Westover Express was the most disgusting planning process I have ever witnessed. Indigenous consultation conducted and completed before the company was even incorporated.  The purchaser has no liability or assets to speak of. The CER approved the sale of the pipeline from Westover Express who is wholly owned by United Oil Refining in the US yet in 2020 I secured proof Enbridge still uses it to back up their spills liability.  See attachments.

The CER is relying on outdated insurance information. Enbridge, system wide, lacks spills insurance. This is fraud. It has to stop. Don't allow expansion of lines when we can't even reasonably insure them or when the need for them doesn't actually exist.
This has to stop. My proof below.
