Indigenous consultation conducted and completed before the company was even incorporated. The purchaser has no liability or assets to speak of. The CER approved the sale of the pipeline from Westover Express who is wholly owned by United Oil Refining in the US yet in 2020 I secured proof Enbridge still uses it to back up their spills liability.
