Protect Our Waterways – No NuclearWaste is hosting a webinar at 7:30 pm on Thursday November12 with Dr. Gordon Edwards of CanadianCoalition for Nuclear Waste and Marti McFadzean ofthe Inverhuron Committee.

Dr. Edwards will address four questions
   
   - What is nuclear waste?
   - Why is nuclear waste hard to contain?
   - Why is nuclear waste so dangerous?
   - Why a DGR is the wrong solution? 

Marti McFadzean is a member of the Inverhuron Committee thatopposed NWMO proposal for a DGR in Saugeen Shores and the OPG proposalfor a DGR in Kincardine. Marti will talk about how the OPG/NWMO triedto define Kincardine as a ‘willing host’.

There will be time for questions from the audience.
