[All] Hidden Valley River Road update

Hi folks.
The Region of Waterloo is currently undertaking both ground water and surface water monitoring programs and  monitoring will continue on throughout the remainder of the design and construction phases, and beyond. 
As reports become finalized for the pre-construction phases (Phase I proposed for Winter 2019/20 and Phase II proposed for Fall 2022) of the project, the reports will be made available as part of the Region of Waterloo’s conditions of project approval.
In other words, the salt studies I secured from the MOE Minister is currently not complete.
