[All] Hidden Valley stuff

Hi folks!  
Here was the latest update I saw regarding the River Road extension project aka Regional Road #56 which is slated to begin in 2019 according to this document:

The Part II order I previously secured for the River Road Extension project is in the attachments for reference sake. It notes the need for mandatory salt studies and notes endangered species in the area.  I'm just trying to verify if the testing has happened or not. I'll let you know when I find out. 
At the same time we have the Hidden Valley master plan underway for the are to determine land use and staff told me if we want to address concerns as submitted previously during the River Road Extension process it needs to be resubmitted. They won't cross reference the information from one project to the other so if folks have concerns they would like to re-voice on the issue of Hidden Valley now is a good time to do it.

Overall concerns are the challenges of introducing higher traffic and the rather expensive undertaking of running infrastructure through the high ecological constraint areas and of course impacts to habitat etc.
