Further concepts on planning reform.
This document of recommendations is focused on long term planning strategies to reduce infrastructure needs, it highlights reasons to be cautious about the roll of consultants and engineers and it address the need to revise the OMB which for me is like opening up a cut every time I speak of it. I can't even type this much without crying about it. Until there is some reasonable measure of justice applied or good results to come from it I don't think I'll ever really get over it. The situation as it stands is unresolved. I'm driven to facilitate some sort of positive outcome from it still to this day. Writing these suggestions is somewhat therapeutic.
On November 3rd 2005, Activa sued me for 2 million dollars. On November 8th 2007 I initiated the West Side Lands OMB appeal. To this day my body remembers the stress of it when November comes along. The best thing I can do is to cozy up with tea or hot chocolate. Spend time with my family and basically try to stay as comfortable as possible.
