Hi folks
Technically speaking, the OMB falls under the jurisdiction of the Attorney General's office so they do have influence in regards to the protocols and powers of the OMB. Also the MMAH minister has jurisdictional powers to call for a provincial review on this matter. (We could ask for that) and they also have the ability to place prohibitions on development until data is gathered to identify or disprove risks., (They did this during the formation of the Oak Ridges Moraine Act)

There is a case worker delegated to the OMB hearing processes who is mandated to gather all notes of public concern relative to a case. The chair of the OMB is mandated to review ALL notes, but unless your a party or participant to the OMB process, they hold no actual weight because it is not technically, evidence however, the OMB is a quasi-jurisdictional authority, meaning there really are no set rules that are unbreakable if they see fit to bend the rules a bit.  If there was a letter writing campaign, it can't hurt to try. All correspondences to the OMB should be sent to
