I'm so sorry for the typing errors. I was on speaker phone. Apparantly I can't talk and type at the same time.
Anyhow, amoung folks interested in the Tar Sands. Legislation previously SIGNED by George Bush could stop the Keystone. Read here about "section 526" in this article. This prohibits the US from purchasing oil that is "dirtier" than conventional oil and supposedly Harper has been trying to change this law for awhile.
