Two interesting news items here.

Melancthon is being discussed during the election. Liberal promises to revise the Aggregate Resources Act are being made right now.

Also here's hot news circulating amount folks interested in the Tar Sands. Legislation previously SIGNED by George Bush could stop the Keystone. Read here about "section 526" in this article. This prohibits the US from purchasing oil that is "dirtier" than tar sands oil and supposedly Harper has been trying to change this law for awhile.
