Hi folks
NDACT has their latest newsletter released re: Highland Quarry. It's in the attachments. Key point noted in this newsletter:
The Ministry of Environment (MOE) has serious concerns with Highland’sproposal and has recommended that: “Given the above noted inaccuracies andconcerns, the ministry objects to the application.”
The MOE provided a letter with details as to why the current information is not acceptable and it is excellent. They hit the nail right on the head. The MOE's letter can be read in its entirety at this link:
