It is time to publicly debunk the notion that economic stability and success is at odds with environmental sustainability. The “On the Road to a Green Economy: G20 Speaking Tour” across Southwestern Ontario culminates in Toronto and wants to hear from you. Join the panel of Green Economy Thinkers—Tony Clark (Polaris Institute), Sarah Jane Saska (CYCC Green Jobs) and Ken Bondy (CAW)—for an interactive session that will highlight the consequence of Canada’s regressive environmental policies on building a sustainable labour force. The evening will conclude with a Slam Poetry session and “speaker’s corner” where participants have the opportunity to contribute their thoughts to a national documentary being filmed.
