Hi everyone
 
I'd like to thank Mr. Frind for his correspondence regarding his views on the ballot question regarding the merging of KW. Many excellent points made including the tax issue. Very well thought out. Thank you for sharing.
 
My draft copy of response is in the attachments as well for your reference. In my view Kitchener is based on the values and objectives of an older established, industrialized community that values a continuance of past whereas Waterloo grew from it's eductional institutions to evolve it's policies as science moves foward. Our roll in cutting edge municipal policy formation is far too critical to risk loosing.
