The Guelph Mercury article is also in the KW Record today. I don't know how many publications have printed this information. 
 
There is no plausable deniability on the part of the KW Record in printing this false information.  They have the OMB ruling and the experts minutes in their possession. I hand delivered it to them. As for the OMB process for the Owen property, I was neither a party nor participant in that process. 
 
CELA, Environmental Defence have been notified of this and I will make sure the RCMP is too.
