[All] Retraction provided in Guelph Mercury

The Guelph Mercury made a correction in their online newspaper today. Apparently the mistake they made regarding my OMB process only made it to their website and not in the newspaper itself. They made an online correction as seen below.
 
As for the error seen in the KW Record, that did not make the online version but was printed in the paper so that is where they will make their correction.

Clarification: OMB battle
April 26, 2010 
An Ontario Municipal Board challenge over residential developments proposed for northwest Waterloo ended with a 2008 tribunal ruling. It permitted the developers to proceed but saw some amendments to their plans. These were sought by the party that launched the challenge. This recent story published at www.guelphmercury.com may have caused some readers to conclude otherwise.
