Among the things I've done: The West Side Lands OMB process that secured concessions to protect Clair Creek and ESPA 19, the Line 9 NEB hearing where I secured concessions to place valves along major waterways and I secured a salt study to be done regarding Hidden Valley using a Class EA Schedule C process among other things. The Environmental Bill of Rights Review for a Waterloo Moraine Protection Act with concepts rolled over in to the existing Source Water Protection legislation etc.
