Fyi- not sure what this rally at Bingemans is supposed to be all about tonight , but Ford is apparently going to be there.

Rally at Bingemans Conference Centre 7pm - 8:30pm TONIGHT

The upcoming election will bring in a government whose climate policies set our course into the second half of this decade. Divest Waterloo is not advocating for a specific political party, but we recognize that the stakes have never been higher with expert opinion estimating we have less than a decade remaining, only two full election cycles, in which to avoid a runaway climate crisis. It is no longer acceptable for any government going forward to fail to address the environmental issues that threaten us all. The next provincial government will be responsible and accountable for achieving the critically urgent, massive transformational changes necessary to secure a livable future for ALL Ontarians.

Tonight at 8pm, the Conservatives will be holding a large rally at  <https://divestwaterloo.us8.list-manage.com/track/click?u=0b5db4dc101fa6900d29775d0&id=379605058b&e=3d25cc0da6> Bingemans Conference Centre and DOUG FORD is expected to attend.

Grassroot groups across our Region are organizing a Pop-up Protest.

Come out between 7:00 - 8:30 PM and show everyone that we do not want another government that turns its back on climate action and other pressing social issues. 

Groups focused on the environment, healthcare, education, housing and more will be expressing their concerns. 

Bring your signs, noise makers, and voices

Attend to pick up lawn signs, grab a handful of flyers, sign a petition, or talk with other local groups.

Make a difference in the 2022 election by coming together and speaking up in this final week of the campaign.
