[All] Lovely ceremony for Norah's Award

Hi folks
It was a fun online event tonight celebrating Norah's award. She is so foundational to the successes of so many groups! From her days working with public health she has gone to protecting Forests, Monarchs, Water, working to stop water commodification, extinction of Monarchs to the point she breeds them herself to the protection of local forests and wetlands and watersheds. Her efforts to stop the Lake Erie Pipeline had stop the pipe signs all across Guelph to the point they stopped the plan at the Municipal level. She worked on Melancthon Mega Quarry and a wide scope of issues in protection of watersheds and is now focusing her efforts on establishing the Yorklands Green Hub to create a non-profit Ontario Environmental Sustainability Centre.  This is where she has committed her $1000 award towards and here is the website of the group here.

I would like to make a donation to the center in celebration of Norah but thought it might be cool to pool our funds to give it as a group from GREN.  I feel if I give it through GREN it's like a win win for both groups to be recognized for the relationships that connected us by way of Norah.
