(I haven't seen times mentioned yet but I will update.)

Out with the Asphalt in with the Greenspace! Keatsway Public School saw how their pavement sucks up the heat putting little kids at risk so they are doing away with it to create shade and places to play. To keep with the green theme no machines were used to remove the pavement and asphalt will be recycled. The costs of doing this was less than $10,000 thanks to help from the community.

This news article flags the fact when an Enbridge subsidiary company makes deals with a US State, Enbridge Inc. is "not contractually obligated" to abide by the terms of the agreements.
