EVRAZ NORTH AMERICA LIMITED purchased a US steel mill and upgraded it and now it's called EVRAZ Rocky Mountain Steel Pueblo, Colorado. The proposed expansion of the Pueblo Evraz Rocky Mountain Steel plant expansion sought $500 million from Colorado to expand the plant so they could fabricate a part only they would be able to fabricate. the report states: The proposed expansion was disclosed as a result of the pledge by the development commission to offer incentives to EVRAZ. The state panel did not identify the company by name, but its description of the project fits only the Pueblo mill.https://www.denverpost.com/2017/12/09/evraz-north-america-pueblo-mill-expansion/
