[All] add your voice (literally) to protest the cancellation of the Environmental Commissioner

 Hi folks
Unicorns, Politics and Money all have something in common. They rely on people to conceptualise them. They are pretend things that are idea driven and highly malleable. It doesn't take an army or revolution to overthrow what is pretend.It simply takes patience. 
The systems only exist because people held values that created them. Values are rooted in common sense, economics, order, predictability and sustainability. 
Now what do the PC party claim to preserve and protect?  Money and oil. 
What values are they using to preserve this? They have no values. They simply act to sustain money and oil. 
What do they risk losing in having no values? Money and oil. 
They are already falling on their own swords. 
Been there done that with every fool I've fought.

This is indeed a dark day.  I phoned a friend who has run for the Conservative Party to ask "what can we possibly do?  Who can we contact in the Party that would listen to us?"  His reply: "There is nothing you can do, no one you can ask."  A second contact, who had once been a vice president of the Party,  said "There is no longer a place in the PC Party of Ontario for 'red tories."  One mentioned that he had cancelled his membership in the provincial party.  It was pointed out that the MPPs have not been allowed to hire their own staff members, as has been the case in the past, but have been assigned loyal minions of the central command.  It is indeed a grim situation.




But it might be useful to let them know that this is an outrage:

The Green party has also sent out an email with a link to the government that lets you send a message for a so-called consultation on the new climate change plan.  I said simply to change the name back to M. of Env. and Climate Change and restore the environmental commissioner. I'll forward that to you (I'm not a Green Party member).
