This proposal is for a new Permit to Take Water for Enbridge Pipelines Inc. for the purposes of construction dewatering for their Line 10 Westover Segment Replacement Project. 

This project is to replace approximately 32 km of existing pipeline with 35 km of pipeline between Enbridge's existing Westover Terminal and the existing Nanticoke Junction Facility, crossing the Hamilton (HCA), Grand River (GRCA) and Niagara Conservation (NPCA) Authorities. Enbridge received approval and Reasons for Decision for the pipeline replacement project on January 26, 2017 from the National Energy Board. 

All the water taken (i.e. non-consumptive water use) is being discharged back to the natural environment using protective measures. The water taking is as follows:
