Fyi Bardish Chagger's response is below about what the Feds are doing to
help fight the decline in monarch butterfly populations in Canada and
elsewhere. I sent in a form letter sent out by the David Suzuki Foundation,
and I know she probably sends the same response to everyone for a standard
request for action, but still I was impressed by the amount of detail and
seeming interest in the topic outlined here. It is interesting to know what
is being done. The Suzuki Foundation's website is saying numbers have
declined by 90%, which is very drastic and indeed and emergency situation.
