I did send them my treaty laws. Forgot to attach first time around. My head and hands work way to quick sometimes. Now it is in the attachments.

By the way, Dentons lawfirm, formerly called Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP or FMC are the lawyers who worked with accounting firm KPMG. They rigged it so work done between them was protected by solicitor client privilege and using that they created many of these offshore accounting schemes etc.
Harper eroded laws with the Omnibus bill. Removed fines in exchange for apologies for the rich but the poor have a two tiered system. Check it out: http://www.huffingtonpost.ca/guy-caron/tax-evasion-canada-revenue-agency_b_12088554.html

With Nigel Wright they rigged that CEO's get paid in shares rather than cash. 50% tax discount right there. CEO's move these assets all over.in a huge Ponsi Scheme.
Dentons is hired by Enbridge to defend Northern Gateway and Line 9. Since they hired Harper folks in the economic world say it's kickback.
Denton and KPMG figured out that it is cheaper to violate the law than to risk not getting a project through than just do it. They were hedging bets that First Nations couldn't afford to access justice. They did not anticipate Idle No More nor did they anticipate the huge social moves made towards securing restorative justice for First Nations.
Enbridge never saw it coming and they admit it. http://calgaryherald.com/business/energy/ewart-public-dialogue-adds-to-nebs-scrutiny-of-enbridge-line-9-reversal
Times changed. We'll see what becomes of this.

Subject: Kinder Morgan Feedback from Louisette Lanteigne

My name is Louisette Lanteigne and I have lots to say on the Kinder Morgan issue.
1. Regarding Economics. Attachment 1 is a sworn affidavit I submitted to the SEC about Imperial Oil and RBC's Climate denial. It will illustrate cost considerations which I believe applies to this project as well. If you would like to review specific attachments please contact me directly and I will be happy to provide because the reality is, oil prices and the glut can't reasonably support this venture economically.
2. I previously submitted written comment to the NEB regarding this pipe specific to the risks of Hammer Effect. Basically you have heavy solvents travelling through the pipe under pressure. With the steep hills this pipe passes along, if there was an emergency shut down the flow of oil down steep hills and mountains would either bust your valves or jar the pipe off it's existing supports. The concern was never reasonably addressed by the Board and I want to know how they will do this engineering wise because to date we actually lack that technology today. My dad is fuel systems engineer for 47 years. He and I would really like to know how they'll get around that risk.
3. Being Mi'kmaq Acadian of decent I understand my Treaty Rights. My family signed the Vatican Concordat of 1610 that officially made us a Nation. My treaty data in the attachments for your reference. Our Treaties predate CANADA. The corporation that is the Canadian Government today is this:
Registration Number 0000230098 Canada DC SIC: 8880 American Depository Receipt. Business Address: Canadian Embassy, 1746 Massachusetts Ave., NW  Washington DC 20036
Source: Revolution of the Heart by Michael LeRoux (book page 147)
Canada is ruled from England through what some may call, a "fraudulent" government created by the Canada Corporation. There was no writ from First Nation's people for this arrangement. Being a corporation, Canada has no legal right to negotiate our Treaty Issues. We First Nations have the legal protocol to work Nation to Nation. In the attachment is an argument specific to the Dakota Access pipeline issue, but the same logic applies in Canada too. For First Nations to work in compliance to law, we have a protocol and we expect Canada to comply with it because if you don't, your violating International Law.
4.The risks of Climate Change are understood and I wrote a letter to the Prime Minister about the risks of the Tar Sands Rossby Waves. There is a website featuring that letter and the related links I provided to illustrate the concern so please include the contents of this webpage into the considerations. The website is here: https://whoacanada.wordpress.com/2016/05/29/climate-change-a-letter-to-the-canadian-government/
And I've attached a quick print out of the original letter sent to the Prime Minister in the attachments for your reference.
We cannot afford to ignore these key issues. Canada is liable for climate inaction and the decisions being made have International consequences. It is my hope Canada will make a decision that is compliant to International Laws.
Thank you kindly for your time.
