Line 9 update
Stephen Harper was recently hired by a firm called Denton and guess who is going to be the Enbridge's Solicitor for Chippewas of the Thames Supreme Court hearing? You guessed it folks! It's the same law firm! Looks like the guy who stacked the NEB is getting kickbacks for approving the line! How crazy is that?
Also, the Supreme Court motion for leave to Intervene of Mohawk Council of Kahnawà:ke; Suncor Energy Marketing Inc. and Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation are granted and they are now entitled to each serve and file a single factum not to exceed ten (10) pages in length, on or before November 4, 2016, in the appeal Chippewas of the Thames First Nation v. Enbridge Pipelines Inc.
