[All] NEB Line 10 hearing minutes

Hi folks
This NEB hearing process was by far the most alarming thing I've ever seen in terms of shoddy engineering and total lack of regard for reasonable data, geology, water issues, First Nation's consultations etc. 
I did minutes both days of the hearing. I didn't get into the details of names because the NEB transcripts will capture that but the concepts relayed are incredibly disturbing. 
Summery of Day 1 and 2 in the PDF attachments. Day 2 is the most shocking.
