If anyone can’t make it on Nov 28th.. feel welcome to attend the Guelph consultation tonight. A few years ago when they consulted here they sent four people from
Toronto to present and only four of our public people turnout out to hear them and to give feedback.
Two of the four included a couple from north of Arthur who opposed wind!

Really good point about the need to speak up now for 100% renewable energy in Ontario.  It is well worth signing the petition below which is being done by CELA, Environmental Defence, Greenpeace and many other groups in a broad alliance.

We also have an opportunity to tell the provincial government directly as next week they will be hosting a Public Consultation Session right here in Waterloo Region.  Details on these meetings regarding the Long-Term Energy Plan (LTEP) are as follows:

We need to tell the government to reverse its plan to suspend additional wind and solar energy projects and to make renewable energy a priority in the years ahead.
