 Hello everyone
I have observed spills at the Humber River and in Etobicoke but this one was by far the worst I have personally observed. The placement of the output drain was difficult to access. Significant deforestation had to happen to get equipment to the site which I'm sure created some measure of delayed response.
The amount of oil is alarming and I noticed some areas saturated with oil are not inside the boom.  

I witnessed endangered barn swallows, nesting geese, killdeer which are being reviewed for including on Species at Risk as well as mollusk shells which indicate the likely presence of endangered mussel species.

The vac truck parked on Centennial is cleaning up a sewer linked to this discharge. They are flushing out the line with high pressure water.

This is on Treaty Land of the Haldimand Tract Agreement upstream of 25% of Waterloo Region's water supply, and the water supply of Brantford, Brant County and Six Nations.
