[All] Nicholls' comments to Kitchener planners about CRoZBy as it relates to Hidden Valley

Hi Grenners, 
Gord and I are concerned that maps in the attached  document are out-of-date and do not relate to written guidelines by the Region or Kitchener. The maps in CRoZBy must be revised before the process goes forward.

I have sent you the CRoZBY  documents to which I refer in a separate email. 

We would appreciate your input  to the planners, if possible. See the bottom of the Crozby document for planners names, addresses and phone numbers.

There are two open houses about this stage in the zoning bylaw review process: this Wednesday, June 22 form 4-8 and next Tuesday, June 28, 4-8, in the Conestoga Room at city hall,  if you have the time to attend. Comments will be accepted until August 26 th.

I apologize for the short notice about the open houses. We've been busy getting ready for and hosting visiting young grandkids and their parents.
