[All] Leaked Fed report: oil is worthless!

Hi folks
Today a leaked Canadian Fed. Study released via Globe and Mail shows Canada's oil may be on the verge of becoming almost worthless.

Pretty much in line with info I have from many international reports. Rystand, Goldman Sachs and Bloomberg etc.
