[All] Provincial Greenbelt Expansion - SmartGrowth Waterloo Region Contact Tool

Hi Kevin, I wrote a letter as if speaking to the Ont authorities that are
making the decision. But instead it went to local reps and councillors,
where it doesn't make sense!

Please ask the tech guys to change it so that what the councillors receive
says "copy of letter sent to ..."
