GREN Members,

I hope that you are having a good long weekend and are enjoying the outdoors somewhere.

We only have two months now until the September 30th deadline for the provincial Growth Plan and Greenbelt Plans.

The tech savvy folks at SmartGrowth Waterloo Region have put together a handy form to automatically tell our provincial and regional representatives that we need Greenbelt expansion to Waterloo Region.

The link below will take you to their website where it only takes a minute or two to create your own custom e-mail that will then be sent to key politicians and staff:

We need to ensure that strong feedback is being received and that everyone is making this a priority for the weeks ahead - in particular our local politicians.

I urge you to take a few minutes this weekend or in the coming days to send a short note using this handy tool.  You can also encourage others you know to do the same.
