Hi, 

I am sending out this poster and a link to let you know the details of the Global Climate March in Waterloo Region on Sunday, Nov. 29. Like many other places across Canada, we are far from the Canadian march that will take place in Ottawa. Many of us would make the effort to get there, but many can’t, so a group of members of other groups devoted to climate/politics/social justice causes (ours is Leadnow VoteTogether) are organizing a local march to add numbers to the worldwide demonstration. Last year over 300,000 people participated.

This will take place on the day before the Paris Climate Summit. We want Prime Minister Trudeau to know that we want action on carbon emissions. 

It’s just a couple of hours, starting at 2:00 at Waterloo Square. It finishes at St. John’s Lutheran Church on Willow St.
