[All] Contact OEB for Energy East

Interesting info on Energy East. 
Because Energy East involves the conversion of an existing natural gas line to an oil line, it falls under the regulation of the Ontario Energy Board. I left a comment with them today in hopes they can say no to Energy East. oil pipeline based on engineering concerns and economic risks.
