Great article! I loved it! It's such a blessing to be able to read literally years and years worth of community and academic research and concepts evolved to the point it can be summarized so clearly within a single article. That we are here today and have municipalities on board with these ideas is such a blessing to see. We've advanced and keep advancing by leaps and bounds. Well done John and to the whole gang who made these concepts possible.
