[All] Mulcair says no to Line 9

Hi Folks
Mulcair officially opposes Line 9. http://canadians.org/node/9528
Trudeau and Stephen Harper strongly support. 
In the attachments are quotes taken from that lecture at the people's social forum I attended which showed how Tar Sands was designed, that they knew the risks and how the Liberals under both Pierre Trudeau and Justin still support it. The Tories of course supported it too. I met the fella who did his Masters on this issue and I was in the room with Bill McKibben from 350.org at the time. 
Canada knew full well the consequences of Tar Sands since 1976 and the warnings were ignored. The purpose of Tarsands: To provide US military with Canadian Oil free of Saudi influences. 100% of the Tar Sands was designated for the US military but the price point wasn't there.  It took war to reduce oil volumes and to place sanctions to help make the price point jump up enough. The war in the Gulf made that price point happen sparking the boom in Alberta. 
The oil was to be 100% for the US military but then President Obama got elected. Right away he started to convert the Military to Green power and US biofuels and he reduce demand by 50%. So land locked oil was stuck. Keystone XL was not needed.  The US started fracking their own oil and Canada's plan was foiled. Harper was scrambling for solutions.

Everywhere oil has set up an oil state followed that took apart Indigenous people, ruined the environment and silenced democratic opposition. Canada is no different. Omnibus bills, Bill C-51, crackdowns and control of press and media. It's the same thing over and over again.  
Here is the news story showing how the Oil companies are paying big money to LIberals in BC to try to woo them to building the East West pipeline.
