Last night my friends at the National Observer released the fact that Duffy's diary exposes secret meetings and correspondences between Nigel Wright, the Prime Minister, Duffy and Enbridge. These meetings are non compliant with the Lobbying Act because they were unregistered. The meetings ramped up prior to Northern Gateway Hearings and Line 9 B NEB process. Soon after the audits against environmental groups began. I was audited. I just got off the phone with my parents and now they are being told they may be subject to an audit too. My dad is sharing concerns on Line 9 too.
Anyways, the Duffy diary featured the following passage: “PM asks “Send me a note on Enbridge Line #9 problems”

The PM and financial minister were both absent in spite of the fact the question period was regarding the federal budget. Most of the answers were provided by Pierre Poiliever.

I have connected with author Michael Harris on Twitter. Today he stated: Accused duffy is clothed in the presumption of caricature. stay tuned for fireworks. Duffy is the new Marc Nadon. 
(Harper selected Marc Nadon to be a Supreme Court Judge but was found to be ineligible. He ended up returning to his old job as a judge for the Federal Court of Appeal in Ottawa.)

We will have to wait and see how events unfold.
