Day of Action calledGrassy Narrows tried to hold sacred water ceremony to raise awareness on the dangers of Tar Sands trains since oil trains have been derailing on treaty lands. CN rail did an injunction to stop their protest. A National Day of Action has now been called for this Sunday, where folks will hold signs along rail way lines saying "These are Indian Lands" to raise awareness of of treaty rights and the need to protect people.
