[All] Chemture looking for active ingredient engineer

Saw this post on Linked-In this morning and I'm daydreaming. Wouldn't it be
wonderful if we could find a chemical engineer who only sourced out
"least-toxic" (if such a thing is possible) active ingredients to replace
Chemtura's nasty ones....?
