[All] Request that the 'Schedule C' Environmental Assessment (EA) for the South Kitchener Transit Study (SKTS) in Kitchener be transferred to full EA via 'Part II Order'

I have sent the attached letter to the Minster of the Environment this
morning.  I seek your support by endorsing this letter to the Minister by
merely stating that you have an interest in this matter and that you agree
and support my request.  I would appreciate receiving a cc or bcc for my
records.  This must be done within the next 24 hours.
