My main issues remain the trespass into the ESPA, a Provincially significant
Wetland, and Species at Risk.

RE:      Request that the 'Schedule C' Environmental Assessment (EA) for the
South Kitchener Transit Study (SKTS) in Kitchener be transferred to full EA
via 'Part II Order'

support of the request noted above.  I request acknowledgement of this
letter and then a separate response to it at your earliest convenience.
