Greetings  Council   some of you  (but not all of you I'm sending this to)
asked me for a copy  of  my speech   at Kit. City Hall meeting  re the
casinos last night...   and  the reasons  I feel  that this community does
not want or need to host a CASINO  ...this community 'stopped it  in 1997  '
and now we have another battle on our hands .... IT IS NOT  IN THE BEST
INTERESTS OF THIS  HI TECH COMMUNITY   but  we are  a  'moneyed' one and the
current  government  wants  to replace the money they have wasted on the
ORNGE   ambulance   case and  gas plants   and so   MANY  other  stupid
decisions made by inefficient  'heads  of organisations'    and we   are
once again their target.    Wish us    luck and success  in our attempt  to
cancel it this time around  .   Ginny
