Hi folks

Here is a rough draft of what I will be presenting at the NEB.  Still modifying it here and there but it's the basic set up I've got going. It's too late to submit new documented evidence but I can reference the data previously submitted by other parties or modify personal comments. I've got 30 minutes to present. 

I've been in discussion with non-industry intervenor group and we're working collaboratively to establish media releases and to cross reference and coordinate arguments.  The data they've gathered is explosive. After two months of searching the national archives, one delegate dug up the data of the first EA process for the original Line 9. Flimsy as heck. It was basically an incomplete EA. It is questionable whether or not the data actually qualifies as a bona fide EA. That's how bad it is. 

I'll be going to Toronto on Wed. and I'll be the 13th delegate speaking.  A live broadcast will be available on the NEB website here if anyone is interested.
