intervenor group and we're working collaboratively to establish media releases and to cross reference and coordinate arguments. The data they've gathered is explosive. After two months of searching the national archives, one delegate dug up the data of the first EA process for the original Line 9. Flimsy as heck. It was basically an incomplete EA. It is questionable whether or not the data actually qualifies as a bona fide EA.
