Thank you for your recent inquiry, in which you raise concerns about Activa Holdings and the OMB.  The Policy and Adjudicative Tribunals Division has been given a copy of your email, and been asked to respond on behalf of the Honourable John Gerretsen, Attorney General, and this Ministry.  
 
While the Ministry maintains public accountability for the administration of the OMB, it is an adjudicative tribunal that sets its procedures and makes decisions independently of government.  To maintain this independence, neither the Attorney General nor Ministry officials can review or comment in the OMB’s processes or decisions.
