Mr Stefanco and Mr Sneziek were the presiding Board Members. Ms. Schiller was not involved. 

The decision issued by the Board on this first phase was restricted to simply a determination of the quantum of land required to accommodate growth. No part of the decision addressed the location where such growth would occur. 

The decision did not involve the countryside line in any way. The location or acceptability of even establishing a countryside line will be dealt with in the second phase of the hearing.

Hi Mr. Eby

By the way, I was wondering which OMB chairs were involved with the OMB decision regarding the country side line. Was Susan De Avellar Shiller involved at all? They haven't posted the minutes on the OMB site yet so I'm curious about that.
